Head coach of Accra Lions Ibrahim Tanko has expressed disappointments with the scoreline of the match day 15 Ghana premier league fixture against Accra Hearts of Oak.
Playing at Sogakope, Accra Lions despite taking a 2-1 lead surprisingly lost 3-2 after full time. During His post match interview Tanko indicated a lot of lessons has been learnt.
“We started very well till Hearts of Oak scored. A very tough game but Hearts deserved to win because they scored more. I am disappointed with the scoreline but the performance of my boys were okay”
Coach Ibrahim Tanko believes the biggest lesson they have learnt from the defeat is to score more. On their next game against Dreams FC Tanko was very optimistic of securing the three maximum points.
