Nations FC head coach Kassim Mingle was full of praise for center back Razak Simpson who’s wonder strike secured a crucial win over Hearts of Oak.
Simpson rifled in a volley in the 65th minute to give his side the opener at Tuba Astro Turf. The goal proved to be the match winner. Head coach Kassim Mingle indicated he was short of words as he described the goal as a beautiful one.
I don’t know how to describe the goal. The strike was very, very beautiful,” he said.
“I congratulate him; as a captain and leader of the side, he has proved his worth,” Mingle added
Nations FC climbs to 4th on the Ghana premier league table following the victory over Hearts of Oak.
They will hope to continue their impressive run when they host Karela United on Monday, April 7, at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium.
