BLACK QUEENS MIDFIELDER AZUMAH ABUGRE POISED TO MAKE A MARK AT FENERBAHCE

Black Queens midfielder Azumah Bugre has disclosed her readiness to make a mark at new club Fenerbahçe Petrol Ofisi Women’s Football team. 

The 23-year-old former Hasaacas Ladies star inked a one-and-a-half-year deal to join the Turkish giants from Swedish outfit FC Norrkoping.

Bugre, a key player for the Black Queens, has represented Ghana at every international level. Known for her skill, vision, and work rate, she adds strength and versatility to Fenerbahce’s midfield. She can equally play as a right back.

The club expressed their excitement on their official X handle, stating: “Welcome to our family, Azumah Bugre. Fenerbahce Petrol Ofisi Women’s Football Team has signed Azumah Bugre, who played for Swedish league team FC Norrkoping last season. The 23-year-old midfielder, a member of the Ghana Women’s National Team, has agreed to a 1.5-year contract with our club. We welcome her to our yellow-navy family and wish her great success in our striped jersey.”

Bugre’s move mark another leap in her promising career, and fans are eager to see her impact in the Turkish Women’s Super League.
